2023 Water Applications

Water applications are now available, please see terms and conditions here. Department of Water Resources made our final water supply notification on April 10, a copy is available here. We distribute applications by email, mail or fax. If you need to make other arrangements please call the office and we will find the best solution to fit your situation.

Water Delivery Requests and Changes

The District takes water orders from 7 am to 3:30 pm.  WCWD will make every effort to make same day changes requested by 1 pm. Changes called into the District’s voicemail at 530.342.5083 after 3:30 pm are checked at 7 am the following morning during the regular irrigation season. However, during winter water Oct-Jan there are no changes on the weekends.  Per District policy: new starts require 48-hour notice. ~  NOTE: Water applications must be received and all outstanding account balances paid before water is delivered.   Applications can be faxed into the office at 530.342.8233 or emailed to info@westerncanal.com.   In case of emergency please call Craig Myers at 530.520.2519.   For additional information please contact the office at 530.342.5083.
